Ninety Day update ...

 Well ... 90 days into Phase II.   What was Phase I?   Back in APR of last year I did a bet to get to 275 by 4 NOV 23.  I made that weight before it at 273 approximately.  My pants waist dropped to 40" from 44" and a body weight maxed at 335 give or take a few.  Felt great on 4 November!   I told myself ... now ... take it to the next level.  Drop the pants size to 38s

Well, hasn't gone exactly as planned.  My weight is back up to 300, but .. my waist size is the same.  Back in the gym and growing and getting stronger.  When I made that bet I broke one of my rules.  Doesn't matter how you weigh but how you look.   If someone has a six pack and ripped, who gives a shit what they weigh?  Well, as long as one doesn't lose muscle getting to that .. and ...  well... I haven't had a six pack in decades.. so ...   was just an example :)  hahaha

Well.. Phase II.  Focus is to drop a pants size.  I've still got too much fat in the waist area (love handles!) and chest area (man boobs!).  Eventually, if one loses their fat and gets into the single digit area (less than 10% body fat), they look awesome.  I don't know if I've ever been that low in my entire adult life.  I do know I was ripped at 220lbs and had a 34" waist forty years ago .. .but ...   being realistic that ain't never going to happen  again.  But ....  38" is easy  (so to speak) .. 36" which I haven't seen in almost 25 years...  ... possible.  Likely?  Don't know.  But after I hit 38" and accomplish Phase II .. maybe .. that's Phase III?

I did some hard core intermittent fasting to reach my Phase I goal.  After next weekend I'm going to ease back into that ... but .. .with a high protein intake this time around. Hopefully by the official start of Summer (mid June, 4 months from now) .... I'll be posting a starting Phase III update?
