I can almost see the goal line.....

 We're back from Vaca' with the daughter... and a week + away from the scale.  Got on it a lil nervous this morning .. and .. BAM .. under 290.   About a 2 lb weight loss while gone.   Overall ate pretty good, but I snacked in the mornings when I normally don't.  Had a stupid amount of B'day cake and got into a sugar rush a few days ago!   Still.... felt pretty good.  Clothes fit good.. but .. you never know?

One lil thing that probably helped is for a couple of reasons, no alcohol the last week or so.  Trying to figure out what messes with me riding sometimes and ... my daughter doesn't partake, so .... I abstained.  No doubt that helped with the weight loss a lil?

Back in the bodybuilding days, I stayed away from alcohol for up to 90 days while getting ready for a contest.  So....   that plan may play into this a lil bit over the next sixty days. I'll do whatever it takes to hit 275.

But .. as I said before.. I don't believe 275 is going to be my real goal.  It's my target for 1 NOV.. but then .... then ...   how low do I go?   Back in '99 when I retired from the military I was 263 ... that number... is starting to sounding appealing about right now
