let the fun begin .........

Been doing wimpy workouts out now for awhile.  But tomorrow .. we kick it up.  Started supplementing this week.  Been stepping up the sets and reps.   Lil sore.. but.. it's time.

Tomorrow gong to split the 3 day work out into 4 days so to speak.  Half the Body on day one, other half on day two.   Day or two of rest, then repeat.   Guessing I'll do Chest, Shoulders, Tri's on day one, Back , Bi's and legs and Day 2.  Throw in belly work on all of them.

Weight is still in check and I'm not doing any crazy diets.  I check the scale to keep it below 290 ...  40" pants fit good ...   on track.

Tomorrow... the fun begins!
