Leg Day

 Still sore from yesterday, but it was a good one!  Can't do squats anymore, but focus on Hack Squats on a 45 deg leg press/hack press machine.   Then, Extensions, curls and finish off with a Donkey calf raise machine.    First time in years getting all these in ....   almost feels like the old days...




Ultimate Leg Day in the gym???
