Almost Puked...
Man .. I remember the old days. When I was in Panama I worked my legs on the second floor of the gym and you had to walk down after a killer leg workout. I'd wobble down sometimes, nauseous, light headed and holding on to my cookies. THAT .. was the sign of a good workout!
Well, last two leg workouts, to include this evening... had me wobbling around, light headed ... Weird.. but .. I dig it. Proof, one is putting in the time. I miss the squats back in the day, but those days are gone. Squats are the KING of all exercise's and really kick in your body's muscle growth over all. Part of staying injury free. Can't wait until the weekend... for that possible puke :)
