The Next Phase ...
Seems like I've been talking about this forever.
Back in the gym. Getting stronger .. losing weight.... then .. injury. No more working out, gain weight ... repeat cycle.
Well, this past April I broke the cycle finally. Dropped from 335 to 272.7 after making a bet, over a period of about six months .... give or take a few pounds. Settled in on 274.5 the day of my daughter's wedding. Two weeks later, I'm a true 280 and feeling great. Been doing low intensity workouts in the gym, feeling great. Muscles are filling out again. Now ...
Phase II. Monday I kick up the workouts. Eat a lil better. Start supplementing. Basically, back into 'bodybuilding' mode. My goal. To drop from this 40" (was 44") waist down... to a 38". Along the way, get rid of these man boobs that have been haunting me for a decade. Maybe ... find a pack or two ... of the six in there somewhere.

Most important part... don't really care what I weigh... just the waist for now. BUT... 290 is a red flag to do something drastic . 42" encroachment is a red flag to do something drastic. THIS .. is where I screwed up before. Ignored the red flags...
