Leg Days are Back!

 Man .... I remember back in the day how I hated squats.  Then read an article on how pretty much EVERYONE does, but if you want to grow, learn to love it!   So, I began lying to myself about it all, making myself believe I LOVED leg days.. and you know what. I eventually did. To the point I could barely walk out of a gym.  Of course, I eventually fucked up and blew out my back, but that was due to bad form.

Well, slowly getting back into it.  Legs for years has been an afterthought. Now, I'm dedicating an entire workout solely for them.  No Squats, but doing hack-squats to keep all stress off the lower back. Then some extensions, curls and calves.

Good Times are Back!
