Habit
Finally feeling back in the groove, getting in the 'habit' of going to the gym. Still in a preliminary state of full body workouts, but after my surgery .. I'll get back to Splitting it up.
Just getting into the gym daily, is a plus. Changing up things between the free weights and the machines a plus. The biggest change up has been to finally get the legs into full play. Been skipping them way too often and now with extensions, curls and presses followed by calves, can tell my metabolism has kicked up a notch ... and that means a path to getting leaner.
