Volume

 Lots of Reps ...   all body parts in one workout... I'm wheezing... guess it's from a killer workout and not old age!   Started backup with the Creatine as well as some other over the counter supplements.   In a few weeks, I'll split this up into a 4 day routine ( Push / Pull method) .. and ...   hold on for the ride.  This is when the injuries historically happen.
