Reps!

 What a day yesterday. 

Bumping up the reps and on a few exercises, the weight.  Felt amazing doing dumbbell military presses with 29 reps.  Incline benches with multiple sets of reps in the 20s.  Crazy pump while pushing through a whole body workout.   Icing on the cake is working on the calves with a new machine I purchased a few years ago that doesn't stress the back (donkey calf machine).  After blowing out both achilees with complete ruptures over the past few decades, the calves are finally making a comeback.

 Day of rest today .. then .. back at it tomorrow!
