DMSO

Final workout in before heading off the grid for awhile.   But, friggn' shoulder joint was killing me; old injury from Volleyball days. After 1/2 dozen sets of Incline Presses, decided enough was enough.  Had a couple containers of DMSO over on the shelf that I haven't used in years (decade?).   Rolled some onto my shoulder and two sets later almost as good as new!   

Hey .. if it's good enough for horses, it's good enough for me!   Did I mention it was a killer/awesome workout?  Now...  Just need to get 2 -3 more workouts in, before I get home to break this bad habit I've acquired ( screwing off on vaca')
