Crazy gains continue

Took five days off while down in Galveston over an extended weekend.

Back in the gym; was still a notch sore from my last workout.  Obviously, needed the recovery time.  What's amazing is the progress being made with low sets, high reps.  Doing 3-4 sets per body part with double digit reps, sometimes in the 20s and 30s. Doing this to prevent more injuries, but ...   it's working for me.  Wondered if I should have been doing this over the last few years.  Now, I know I should have.
